protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combating corruption.<\/p>\n<p>Its purpose is to offer a secure, confidential, and accessible means for employees, managers, collaborators, and anyone associated with the organization to report potential breaches of the Code of Conduct, internal regulations, or current legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Reports can be made anonymously if desired and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, guaranteeing the protection of the whistleblower at all times and preventing any type of retaliation.<\/p>\n<p>The Whistleblowing Channel is part of Networkia&#8217;s Internal Information System and its management will be carried out in accordance with the procedures established by the organization and applicable
