The Rambla Catalunya Coworking Space will cover an area of 3,100 m² after its upcoming expansion, spread over three floors that have been carefully designed to create the best possible working experience. It is strategically located in the iconic Eixample neighbourhood, with all that this entails: enjoying the charm of the city centre, connectivity, leisure options, a wide range of restaurants and the accessibility offered by being located in the heart of Barcelona. And we are not content with just a good location, we are also located in a building with history that is a symbol of Catalan modernism, designed by the famous architect Enric Sagnier. It is a former mansion listed as a Local Cultural Heritage Site, notable for its coffered ceiling and a classic entrance with a gate traditionally used for horse-drawn carriages. It also has an exclusive rooftop terrace with privileged views of Rambla Catalunya.

Comfortable networking center with individual offices and common work spaces. Very dynamic and comfortable. In the evenings it is quite empty, although the offices do have more movement. There is enough privacy. The parking area is quite complicated, but after 5 p.m. you can find more space. The common areas are very clean and the reception staff is quite professional.
