People-centered architecture is born from warm and balanced spaces, where materiality creates atmospheres that accompany the different ways of working. A common language that flows between privacy and encounter, sustained by flexibility, transparency and connection. Our projects are conceived as a landscape of spaces in relationship, where different ways of working coexist. The degrees of privacy, the intermediate spaces and the common areas are articulated in a flexible way, generating a dynamic environment that favors both concentration and meeting.

Uniqueness as identity
Materiality is the starting point from which each project defines its identity. It is not just a matter of choosing materials, but of building a language of its own capable of transmitting character and generating a recognizable experience.
From a common base, each coworking space develops its personality through the combination of materials, textures and color. Wood and restrained tones provide balance and continuity, while the mix of textures and the precise use of color introduce nuances, contrast and depth. Lighting is incorporated as part of the language of the project, accompanying the materiality and reinforcing the reading of each space.
It is through this relationship between materiality, light and atmosphere that each space differentiates itself, building unique identities within the same common framework.

Sustainability is part of the identity of our projects. Our spaces are designed to last, to be lived consciously and to offer comfortable work environments that respect both people and the context in which they are inserted. Each coworking responds to specific conditions and it is from there where solutions are incorporated to take advantage of available resources,reduce the impact of the intervention and promote a more efficient use of space.
