This Whistleblowing Channel of Networkia, a company specializing in the management of coworking spaces, has been established to comply with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combating corruption.

Its purpose is to offer a secure, confidential, and accessible means for employees, managers, collaborators, and anyone associated with the organization to report potential breaches of the Code of Conduct, internal regulations, or current legislation.

Reports can be made anonymously if desired and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, guaranteeing the protection of the whistleblower at all times and preventing any type of retaliation.

The Whistleblowing Channel is part of Networkia’s Internal Information System and its management will be carried out in accordance with the procedures established by the organization and applicable regulations.
