OFF SIDE MEETINGS
Teleworking is a reality that we were practically unknown before; this has caused that workers of the same company no longer always coincide in the office, so one of the main trends of this 2023 continue to be corporate meetings in which all employees can meet and reunite.
We resume this September with the “return of summer”, and the off side meetings that consist of inviting the team to participate in activities other than those of their day to day, such as workshops, lunch, brainstorming, dynamics, which promote closer ties and help improve the working environment.
